I have called the contractor and asked him to re do the kitchen and the traffic areas and we have not scheduled an appointment. He has promised a 100% satisfaction and he will be back to do that, will make arrangements to have that done. The workman who came up were very courteous and hard worker and I am convinced they will go back over the areas and make them as they should be. Thank you.

The representative showed up on time and did a first-class job on our carpets and sofas (especially the latter, which were restored to looking as new). The price for the carpets was very competitive; the sofa work was on the high side but they were willling to negotiate somewhat. I would recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future if their pricing remains competitive.

After not being completely satisfied with the technician who performed the air duct cleaning I was contacted by the owner, Adrian, who offered to rectify the situation with another service or refund. I appreciate a business owner who is concerned with his reputation and that of his business. I am now a satisfied customer.

The tile is gorgeous from the steam cleaning. We also had them seal the grout and steam clean 2 rooms that see a high amount of traffic. Very well done. Definitely will continue to do business with New Revolution. Adrian and the technician were both very professional.
