Estimate process needs to be more clear, alot was lost in translation between the guy taking the estimate and the actual workery, many things were "not on estimate" that was told to him.

Be sure that the sales representative is well aware of how you want your custom built cabinet/vanity. Communication between the rep and the cabinet maker didn't go as planned and now we are fixing the cabinet to fit our needs.
