We have a new house and we were told to seal our entire kitchen floor. The floor is ceramic tile and the tile was not supposed to be sealed- just the grout. The sealer left a hard waxy film on the floor and after many desparate calls we were told we would have to use muriatic acid or put in a new floor. When we called Declan from New Life Tile and Grout he said he could remove the sealer with a nontoxic chemical that would not hurt the tile or be dangerous to people or pets. He and his partner came yesterday and in 6 hours my kitchen floor looked like new! I was thrilled and I highly recommend Declan Kerr and this company. Dianne

We were very pleased with the results. Our bathroom looks new again. They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up everything. I paid exactly what was quoted in my estimate. We would definitely recommend this company to anybody & everybody.

Overall I was happy - they did what they said they would do in about the time they said they would do it and kept me posted on the timing throughout the day. It also cost the same as they originally quoted me. I wasn't prepared for the dust everywhere - that would be my only complaint.

The task of cleaning my kitchen floor and bathrooms exceeded my expectations. Mr. Kerr explained the process in detail before starting the job and although his price was higher than others I elected to have the work performed by Mr. Kerr. I also referred his work to a family member..
