Matt and his team worked on my 100+ year old house and I was amazed by the quality and care that they give their customers. They painted the exterior, installed windows, and also repaired several areas of the house. I never thought I would say that my house is "beautiful", but now it is thanks to them! I've already received several compliments from my friends and neighbors. I heartily recommend them to everyone I know.

Great job! They were prompt and courteous. I did have to ask them a few times to come back and touch up spots, but they did so happily. I would have hoped they would have had as critical an eye as I did, because I'm not a very picky person. Owner made all well.

This was quite simply my best experience with a company I've found on ServiceMagic. Out of the 10 or so companies I've contacted and the other couple I've hired, I was most impressed with Tyson. The quality of work was very high and the price was fair.

Matt was very professional and timely. We chose him because he really seemed to understand our goals, and provided a detailed estimate. He did exactly what he said he was going to fand or the quoted price. We have had lots of compliments from friends and neighbors about their work, and some have asked for Matt's contact info. I would definitely call him again for future projects.

Project: Apply or Remove a Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture
My project was to remove popcorn ceiling and apply knock down and also paint bedroom. Painting the room was fine. On the ceiling we seemed to have a difference of opinion on what a knock down was. He brought someone else in to redo the ceiling at no extra cost to me. He really tries hard to please and do the right thing.

Matt did a great job - his fees were reasonable, the work was well done and I appreciated the short notice scheduling, as well as Matt's willingness to come on a Saturday to finish the job!

The project ended up being a success, this rehab is probably the nicest house within 2 miles in North Minneapolis. Dan did a great job and I hope all the time and effort will be appreciated by the new homeowner. A simple miscommunication was resolved with one phone call.

Never completed the job. On final inspection I pointed out trim areas that had been missed,peeling paint hat had not been properly scraped,and cracks that had never been caulked. They also broke glass in a number of windows. I gave paartial payment for the job and agreed to pay the balance on completion once the above mentioned areas were fixed. He has never called back. I can run my bare hands over areas of peeling paint and knock it off. Matt also took out a window sash that they had broken so that it could be fixed. He has never returned the sash. I am totally disappointed in the job that was done and in the unprofessionalism of Matt Tyson
