On final inspection I pointed out trim areas that had been missed,peeling paint hat had not been properly scraped,and cracks that had never been caulked. They also broke glass in a number of windows. I gave paartial payment for the job and agreed to pay the balance on completion once the above mentioned areas were fixed. He has never called back. I can run my bare hands over areas of peeling paint and knock it off. Matt also took out a window sash that they had broken so that it could be fixed. He has never returned the sash.
