Juan was terrific and did a fantastic job. My tub looks brand new and I love that he adds the non-slip feature as part of the deal. They took careful strides to make sure there was no mess and left everything the way they found it. Thanks Juan (and Alex).

Made appointment for 8:00 A.M.--Arrived exactly at 8:00 A.M. Juan is extremely professional, as was his co-worker. Was hesitant initially, as I was going primarily by the recommendations I read on internet, and my conversation with Juan. Did a great job, was in and out quickly with no mess. I would strongly recommend New Horizon, and seems to be someone you can trust.

Juan was a pleasure to deal with. His responses to my emails were instantaneous and informative and his availability to accomodate my schedule was perfect. He arrived on time, took great care in keeping my home clean while working and upon leaving my bathroom and home were spotless. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Juan gave us a prompt estimate, answering all our questions. He reported quickly to do the job and actually did it himself, with a helper. They worked neatly, protecting the rest of our house. The results were beautiful!

We had a very specialized and tricky project, and Juan showed a genuine interest in helping us complete it to our satisfaction. Juan remained confident he would succeed. He listened to our concerns, explained all our options and talked us through the project every step of the way. He and his partner arrived at our home promptly, were respectful of our property and meticulous in their execution of the work. We will definitely recommend New Horizon Home Improvements to others and will call upon Juan to help us in future projects.
