Bobby was great, it was his crew that was less than stellar. There were paint splatters all over the house, on furniture, in the bathroom even on clothes in the closet. Teh crew did not remove their shoes in the house (or put shoe covers on) so the runner going up my stairs was basically ruined. The clean up was poor. Bobby came back and did some of the cleaning after I called and complained but I am still picking up pieces of old paint. On top of all this, the quality of what was painted was below professional. If I wanted it to look like I painted it, I would have dont iy muself. Apparently, someone on his crew had never even painted.

Bobby was clear about timing and cost of my project. He delivered exactly as promised. The cleaning job after scraping and painting was exceptional. I am totally delighted with the job done and will absolutely use New Era Painting professionals for any more paint jobs that I have. I strongly recommend New Era.
