I did a lot of reseach before making a decision on which closet design company to use. In the end my choice was very clear. Mike was an extreme pleasure to work with. He returned my emails and phone calls promptly and never pressured me to make a choice. Some companies would offer false discounts if I were to choose them and give them a deposit by the end of the day! Mike never use those tactics. He was polite and informative. He knows his business very well. And we couldn't be happier with the end result. The closet is more than we expected. The installation was professional, quick and neat! Thank you Mike!

No pressure pricing - provided pricing broken down the way I wanted and gave me enough time to make a decision. Provided initial designs and changes via email, which made it very easy to go back and forth with the design changes. Scheduled the work promptly. Did a great job with the closets and even cleaned up everything after the work.

Project: Install Room or Closet Organizer
The initial consultation was very easy with Michael making all the measurements and putting together suggestions at our home using the CAD system so we could discuss. The quote came in with the suggested drawings in a timely manner. We were able to make modifications by exchanging suggestions via email and he sent a final drawing for the closet design that we approved. On installation day, he showed up and installed the closet quickly and with minimal disruption to us. He was neat and despite crummy weather kept all the snow, dirt, and sand out of the house. We are very pleased with the work and recommend New England Closet Design, LLC.
