The "new england special" flat rate is a great deal and these guys clearly know what they are doing. The choices recommended by this contractor were well explained and made a lot of sense. The job was done quickly, cleanly, and under budget.

Dan provided a competitive quote for installing a french drain ealier this year. I had to put the project on hold, but when I called him six months later, he remembered the details of the project and the quote that he had given.Two weeks later, he came in with his crew and started the project. They did an excellent job from start to finish. They prepped the basement by moving everything into the middle and covering with heavy plastic. Every afternoon after jack hammering all day, they sweeped the floors and cleaned up. His crew is friendly, professional, clean and able to explain what they are doing. Definitely would recommend them.

As a longtime home owner I have dealt with a lot of contractors and professionals. Dan is one of the best I've worked with to date. His rates were very competitive. We were in a rush to get the work done and he was able to schedule us on very short notice. He set very clear and realistic expectations about the job and then exceeded delivery on them. We were very satisfied with the work. Lastly but most importantly, Dan AND his crew were a pleasure to deal with. I give New England Basement my highest marks!
