Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
Responded very quickly. Although I was expecting to replace the heat pump completely, upon inspection they were completely honest and determined the unit was working and did not need immediate replacing. Their sales pitch to upgrade was reasonable and no high pressure.

The service team was professional, friendly, and they really paid attention to details when examining and performing a Fall tune-up of our gas furnace. I would recommend NEAS' work only to those who are interested in receiving real value in home heating appliance services, and to those who understand the difference between a company interested in only making money and companies who demonstrate actual concern about establishing long -lasting relationships in the communities they serve. Thanks, NEAS, keep doing what you're doing... it's working...

Carlos and Bob were wonderful about explaining things to me when I asked for their opinion of the value of replacing my, probably, 50+year old boiler. They are coming back to install it, and I told them, they are going to be my HVAC people from now on, so I expect them to do the kind of job they will love to service annually. Great people!! The job is finished; and I had some trouble, in the beginning, understanding how it worked. The guys came back, checked it over, made some adjustments, and explained it to me again. Since then, I have not had any problem with it. They are still my go to HVAC guys.

Carlos and Bob were consummate professionals. Polite, courteous, neat and very knowledgeable. Plus, they think "outside the box" to get the job done. I have a 30 year old furnace and they were aboe to retrofit a NEW blower for this dinosaur. Great Job!!
