After countless appointments with various electricians that would never show up we finally met Doug at New Energy. He came out on the first appointment as scheduled. He actually got lost on the first try but did not give up, he came right back out and found us. We scheduled the work with him and he came to do the work on the first appointment made. excellent work at the price originally negotiated. No add-ons as with some contractors. Very nice person and will definitely do business with him again.

Before I hired Doug, I was hesitated cause he has no review yet. I'm just very happy at this moment that I made a great decision hiring Doug. I Called Mister Sparky first. I waited 4 hours and got a call saying they couldn't make it. They promised will make it right next day. I waited for a whole day again . NO call /no show. I decided to use Service Magic. Doug called minutes after I sent the request and gave me a very reasonable price over the phone. He arrived on time and super patience with me. Did fantastic job. Still charges me the same even though he did much more. Doug, I'm enjoying my new crystal Chandelier now. Thank you!
