Malcomb came out to wire in a 220v debarcation box to provide 220v service to a new A/C system.  One of his subs reconfigured my main breaker box while he installed the power box and ran cable from the breaker panel upstairs to the new box.  He said he would come back to wire the power lead from this box to my A/C unit for another $85.  My A/C installer did that for free so I'm not happy that he tried to squeeze an extra $85 when he could have easily left 6-8' of 220v powerline hanging off, instead of trying to stiff me the extra bill later.
