Project: Install Stamped Concrete
We hired New Concept Remodeling to stain our front porch. The guys were very professional and did a great job. We highly recommend them and will contact them again when we need other projects completed.

Project: Clean and Seal Decks, Fences, Patios, Drives, or Porches
I just wanted to let you know what a fantastic job New Concept did for us. We were very pleased with the work they did on cleaning and staining our fence. The work was done when they said it would be done and in the time frame they gave us. They are very friendly and very pleasant to be around. We were so pleased with the work they did the first time, we have had them come back several times for other repairs. If we have any other repairs to be made, we will contact them to do the work. They are very conscientious and take great pride in their work and do a great job, large or small. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends and to anyone else.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home
We were so pleased with the work New Concept did for us - they were friendly, honest, knowledgeable and got the job done! We have four windows that had been leaking around the casing for quite a while even though we'd had someone try to repair them before - even through several big rains, it looks like New Concept has done the trick!!! Thanks guys!

Project: Build a Custom Arbor, Pergola or Trellis
We had New Concept Remodeling build a pergola over our patio in March. The structure looks great, but the stain did not set properly due to cold/rainy weather. New Concept Remodeling promised to make it right, and in May they washed the old stain off. When (weeks later) we asked when they would restain it, they responded with a very unprofessional email. Although they have still offered to complete the job, we have chosen to use another contractor that is more professional and timely.

Did a very good job on removing about 1500 sq ft of ceramic tile and carpet & replacing with hardwood floors. Suggest they use a professional clean-up person. Clean-up was not as good as expected.

New Concept always showed up when they said, did a good job repairing my gates and columns on the front of the house. Courteous and friendly. Will definitely use them again for my next job.
