AC went out at 8:30 PM ,on a Sunday night. In 2.5 hours,I was back in business. A simple replacement part fix ,and they didnt try to sell me the Brooklyn Bridge. Happy with cost ,response time ,and professionalism of technician. Will use them again for future service.

It was over 90 in our house. Kirk tried to get a replacement fan on a Saturday when no one was opened. Unfortunately he was unable to finish the job that night. He worked as best he could with no light. Hi called the next day, Sunday, and told us he was still trying to locate a fan that would fit our unit. It took several days and a few "rescue" fans to just keep the condo cool. He finally found the right one, a direct replacement of our York. During this time, he kept in touch with us and had workers trying to do anything with our unit to keep it cool until the right part was found.
