Over an hour late for the three times they stopped by the house Left holes in the tile where they installed the faucet. sold me an opened box with out all the right parts in it, had to come back the next day to fix.

After explaining what needed to be done which was a very simple repair the repair man showed up with the incorrect part. He went ahead and made the repair but he could have come with the correct part.
