New Age Landscapes

I would highly recommend New Age Landscapes. Great price and they did a great job. Our patio was completed in one day and it looks fantastic. The New Age Landscapes crew was capable and professional and left a very neat and clean job site when the work was completed. Josh was a big help with designing the patio and added many small details that really made it stand out and look great. Another plus is that Josh is the owner and is on site for every job. You don't find that very much these days. We are very happy with our new patio!

I used New Age Lanscape Company owen by Joshua Brown. He and his workers did a superior work at a super speed. Came back on the third day to tidy up all the lose ends. I would recommend this company over any other. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you.

Josh from New Age was a big help in selecting the paver type color etc for our project. He went out of his way to get us samples from several different suppliers to look at and we wound up with exactly what we wanted. The workmanship was excellent and the job was done in a timely manor. Would definately recommend New Age and we plan to use them again inthe near future for some additional work

I found Josh Brown and New Age Landscaping to be extremely knowledgeable and professionl. Initial response to my request for an estimate was immediate. A quality landscape design was provided. The majority of the work was complete in a timely manner utilizing excellent materials. We added on to the project and had pavers and lighting installed to complete the look. At every step, Josh was extremely attentive to our requests. The only drawback was having to wait for certain materials to arrive. New Age performed the work as soon as possible, but often didn't let us know when exactly they would be out. A "heads-up" would have been nice.

Josh, the owner was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. I had him come back after our 1st meeting to convince my husband & he come back no problem. He gave us top notch service on our irrigation system & the Zoysia sod we had installed. His crew was very nice & polite. He started immediately & finished the job when he said he would. I have nothting but great things to say. He's come back since to adjust a few things & I'm sure he'll come back again if we need him to. We've had alot of work done & of all the contractors & subs that have been here Josh & his crew were the most professional, polite & honest. I will recommend him.

Owner is a good salesperson but does not meet expectations / Failed to keep several appointments and didnt have the decency to call / I had to call him to have him reschedule / Incomplete job / still waiting for new landscaping to be fertilized / Pavers sealed not sanded / irrigation head inoperative-failed to return and fix as promised / overpayed for service provided

My name is Josh, I currently run "New Age Landscape Designs". I apologize for my scheduling issues which caused a lack of communication resulting in the listed problems above. Our goal is to complete every job with complete satisfaction. To rectify Marilyns issues, I arrived April 26th at her property and all issues were addressed. The job is %100 complete. We have apologized to Mrs. Marilyn and Service Magic and look forward to more successful business.

New Age Landscapes called me the day after my request. They came by and gave me a quote the next day. The day after that the work began. It was completed by sundown, and he did beautiful work. I am so very pleased that I had him give me quotes on the other projects I need around my yard and have complete confidence that he will do my yard justice. He has creative ideas that I never thought of. I won't go to any other landscaper. I am 100% satisfied with his work.

He changed the appointment time thre times , the pavers are not level, he does not take Credit Cards and even though he said he live right around the corner from me , I am still waiting on the reciepot for the cash payment I gave him.

We have been in constant contact with Service Magic regarding this customer. Appointment times do change, we apologize for that, credit cards will be available August 2011. We no longer except cash or any payment without giving an immediate receipt of payment. These issues were addressed days before comment to Service Magic. We offer a 5 year guarantee all of our work.
