I was not in town when the repairs were made so I depended on the contractor to do everything as far as meeting with insurance company etc. they took care of everything! very satisfied

the guy ia a great person and provides a goos quality sercice.

Angelo and Steve were wonderful. They started the job before all the insurance adjustor was even to the house. They took care of the water problems and then proceeded to the repairs. They were there every the morning and worked tirelessly until the job was completed and more important until we were happy with all their work. They even came back to fix a few minor repairs we spotted . I would rehire them back in a split second recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Unfortunately we have encountered the same situation with the same insurance company on several occations. 7/28/11 job completed,payment still pending from customer.

We have gone with no ceiling now for 40 days and have been very inconvenienced. Our dogs have been locked up in our room and we have to eat in the room. If we had known this was going to occur we would had fixed ourselves.

This is a insurance claim and they have sat on this claim for over a month. This is not our fault we have to wait on insurance payment or the job would have been done in two weeks like the other forty claims we handled. The insurance company is to blame but if the customer wishes to take care of payment we could finish job considering we have over $5,000.00 of work completed with no payment. Customer needs to demand payment from insurance company. Sorry not every insurance company is good so once again I apologize for the problems your insurance company has caused you.

I've had a similar problem before, so some related experience with water damage and cleanup. This company was a god send; they took care of the problem quickly, effciently rebuilt the damage area, and took care of the bulk of the dealings with the insurance company. I cannot possibly recommend them strongly enough; they were outstanding for me.

I'm very satisfied with this company, the response I received from them was just what I was looking for. From the first call to the last, the work was done right on the time I was told it would be finished, they did such a great job, my kitchen was the problem child and once they were done the kitchen looks like there was nothing wrong with it. I would recommend this company to my friends and most of all to anyone that needs work done in their home, look no further this is the company you need, Angelo and his crew are the best!

From a disaster to all problems fixed for another happy customer

The service man was polite and professional. He and we decided to go for the two air samples for starters. The tests were taken, the report came back as not showing mold in the samples. Since then we were told by others to get a "core test", before trying to cut into the wallboard. Also a swab sample was suggested. Right now we have not gone further on this, but we will be following through till we are sure of the possibility of mold being in the wallboard and insulation.

The called right away, quickly had someone come out for an estimate, and had the painters come out within 2 weeks. But it went downhill from there. The painters damaged plants in my flower bed, didn't cover the faucets attached to the house, left supplies there overnight, and left my patio furniture in the yard overnight (so they were sprayed by the sprinklers). The office staff was nice and always answered the phone, but didn't return my calls. There is part of my project that is still not done, and the new quality assurance person soon stood me up for a final walk through. The house looks great, but I wouldn't use them again.

Things were blown out of proportion but the job was fixed and we rectified the problems since were the only company in las vegas that truly guarantees are work.
