I'm very satisfied with this company, the response I received from them was just what I was looking for. From the first call to the last, the work was done right on the time I was told it would be finished, they did such a great job, my kitchen was the problem child and once they were done the kitchen looks like there was nothing wrong with it. I would recommend this company to my friends and most of all to anyone that needs work done in their home, look no further this is the company you need, Angelo and his crew are the best!

They introduced themselves as the best company for this job--that I would not have to worry about a thing. After they learned that an insurance claim was not involved, they quoted competitively but backed away from the "we'll take care of everything" approach. The project manager came on-site to quote and eventually do the work with an assistant. After I suggested they rent a waste container, the price went up $300. What did they think they were going to do with the "junk"? After completion, they removed their guarantee against mold because they said I would need to remove all wood walls remaining in the basement. The bare minimum was done.

Unfortunately we cannot do work for free hope everyone understands.In the event of non coverage we have to work within the customers budget and thats what we did.The contracted areas are still guranteed.Our customers budget comes first and if you purchase a hotdog dont expect lobster.Dumpsters are not free and if a customer cannot afford one we haul and dump with a truck like everyone does.

The service man was polite and professional. He and we decided to go for the two air samples for starters. The tests were taken, the report came back as not showing mold in the samples. Since then we were told by others to get a "core test", before trying to cut into the wallboard. Also a swab sample was suggested. Right now we have not gone further on this, but we will be following through till we are sure of the possibility of mold being in the wallboard and insulation.

I would definetly recommend this company to everyone. Originally i was refered to them by a neighbor but I wanted to make sure I got the best price so I went to servicemagic and they refered me to the same company. Pretty much the knowledge what they knew and the level of professionalism, from the office to the technicians to the ladies on the phone were real good, they were neat and clean.

I am currently still working on this with NHCS, as a result of waiting for an apprasial.

These guys are very knowledgeable and nice - good from start to finish, everybody from secretaries to technician they seemed very concerned and knowledgeable. They determined that it was mold caused by water damage problem, and they turned this into our insurance, and saved me thousands of dollars! Highly recommended

Painting was completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction

Ray kept me informed as to his progress and performed the work that I expected. He was very helpful and curteous.

The called right away, quickly had someone come out for an estimate, and had the painters come out within 2 weeks. But it went downhill from there. The painters damaged plants in my flower bed, didn't cover the faucets attached to the house, left supplies there overnight, and left my patio furniture in the yard overnight (so they were sprayed by the sprinklers). The office staff was nice and always answered the phone, but didn't return my calls. There is part of my project that is still not done, and the new quality assurance person soon stood me up for a final walk through. The house looks great, but I wouldn't use them again.

My experince with NHCS was extremely positive. This company performed several repairs me, including mold treatment, roof repair, dry wall and painting. I was able to deal with several of their workers and found each worker to be relaible and competent. Angelo and the office staff were efficient and professional. I was particulalry pleased that they "went to bat" for me with issues with my insurance company. I would not hesitate to use this company again, and have recommended them to several friends.
