Deck project 2 to 3 years ago. When warpage occurred was told to get a handyman to fix it as he was too busy. You are on your own after the final payment has been made.

Ericâ s crew replaced aging upper & lower wood deck with TREX composite; new joists, posts, & faschia. Removed all debris. Worked hard and well together, very professionally executed. No more tripping on loose boards, sealing wood, worrying about it! That side of 55+ house looks years younger! Very pleased with added safety and updated look. Our three decks were in a dangerous state, so we hired Nessim Renovations to replace them. What a huge difference in the appearance of the house. Eric (the owner) was responsive and professional from the get-go. Very easy to work with. His crew was professional and polite. They did solid work, quickly. We had a minor issue (manufacturerâ s defect) after completion, and someone was there quickly to replace it. Overall, very happy with the final product and would definitely hire again for other projects!

I am still in the process of my deck renovation. Everything is going as planned and I can discuss any concerns that I may have. My questions are answered and explained. I am very much loving what I see so far. Eric is very professional and is genuine in making sure you are satisfied with your project. He is on top of everything. I find him a person you can trust and that is hard to find now a day! Josh, the Foreman, is extremely professional and truly knows his stuff!!! The quality of the workmanship is amazing. You can see that he truly takes pride in his work and is a true craftsman. There is another gentleman and lady in the crew which are also professional. I can hardly wait to see the final product.

Eric was very responsive (less than 24 hours) about a repair job on exterior stairs. He was on site in the morning and quickly identified the problem. By the end of the day, the work was done. I will definitely consider this business the next time I have a bigger project.

This was a nightmare hired him to remodel my bathroom set a price paid him more than half of the money as we went with the balance due upon completion he never completed the job the work was shotty things were damaged my house was damaged and less damage he demanded the money and I told him I would pay him upon completion so he sued me this man ruined my house please consider not hiring him he is not what he seems feel free to contact me i will be glad to show you picture currently of how he left my house...also got no permits or inspection... was without a shower or a toilet for 2 weeks..
