We had an overall good experience, with them in regard to doing what they said they would do,in the time frame they estimated. There were proplems with some aspects of the job,but in the end we are happy with the outcome.

The Good -- Seemingly, a quality product and a professional installation staff The Bad -- Sales rep employed the classic "hard sell" technique; we were told that we could order a specific window style, even though they did not offer it to fit the dimensions; first installation team had wrong dimensions and materials for small windows; after second installation appointment, one of windows would not close, and had to be replaced; the entire job (4 windows) took over a month to complete. The Ugly -- Buyer beware . . . you may be getting good windows, but you may have to put up with more than you bargained for.

The salesman took way too much of my time (3+ hours) and then I had to have multiple discussions and change my schedule around because they were not willing to change the original install time/date. One window arrived broken and had to wait 2 weeks for a replacement. I had to argue with them about holding money back as the install was not complete w/a broken window. The installers were fantastic and did a great job.

Project: Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding
Everything was great. From the initial sales meeting to the final product, eveyone I dealt with was a true professional and seemed truly interested in improving my home, not just to make a sale and move on. After the initial inspection, the salesman did not even want to give me his pitch until he could come back for a follow-up visit during the day with better lighting because of the level of rot damage that was present. The liaison and work crew were easy to work with and did an excellent job. Product was a bit price, but overall worth it. I highly recommend these guys.
