Sherry E. Nesbit, LEED, AP., is a sole proprietorship, specializing in custom residential design; new construction and remodeling. I provide a complete range of architectural services from design and construction documents, through bidding, negotiation, and construction. As a sole proprietorship, I work in a one-to-one relationship with owners and guide them through the often complex and confusing design and construction process. I use Computer Aided Design (CAD), to let the owner see a three-dimensional model of how a project will look like as well as a virtual walk through of space. These tools help take out the guesswork out of understanding a design will look before it is built. I emphasize designing projects that will satisfy the owners’ goals, budget, and schedule requirements and tailors my designs to complement a home's existing historic, modern or traditional styles of the homes consistent with my client's preferences.
