Put an Ethernet network cable from the second floor of the house to the basement. Work has been performed on time and with excellent quality.

Nerical's 2 to 3 hour job estimate, at $85 per hour plus parts, turned into a 9+ hour job (3 phone jacks + 2 nonworking cable jacks at a cost of nearly $900). Nerical left 1st day with holes in walls next to 2 working phone jacks. The 2 cable jacks did not have enough throughput to work. Nerical did not show up (or call) for the next scheduled appointment. I called my local phone & cable companies who finished the jobs quickly (1/2 hour for each), provided me with 2 additional working phone jacks & 2 working cable jacks with a lot less cost. Lessons learned: Use local phone/cable companies and get Firm Fixed Price for services.

Good quality work, did not sweep up after work was done, but overall very good. Price was high, but quality never comes cheap. Christian was also right on time and even called an hour before the appointment to reconfirm, which was appreciated.

I got an email from Christian almost immediately after I performed my search through the website (which was a Friday night), offering an appointment time in just a few days. He arrived right on time and knew everything he needed to know to set up my new DVD player, as well as fixing the surround sound, which hadn't been set up right by brother-in-law. A very nice guy who really knows his stuff, and I'll probably now be spending more money on additional home theatre things since I know that he's available to set everything up.

Cristian was efficient, detail-oriented and great explaining the work/answering questions I had about our phone setup. When the work was completed he made sure everything was in perfect shape before he left.
