No clean before installation of new glass. Product is excellent.

Service was excellent and work was done on time as promised.

The work staff was professional and great in general. I was told ahead of time that if there was putty around the rim of my kitchen window glass that needed repair, it would cost an extra ~$40. It was not obvious that there was putty to me, so I just had to accept it as a fact when the work staff diagnosed it as such. Maybe pictures online of examples of windows with and without putty might be useful. Other than that, the work was done well. Thanks!

Nelson Glass was very responsive to our needs. We needed a large piece of glass above the front door replaced; it was in an awkward position and had grid slats in it. Nelson Glass handled the project professionally, promptly, and kept us apprised of the status throughout the project. I highly recommend them.

Decent service, and work was presentable, but price was on the extreme high end for a small job.

From the owner: With Service Magic, consumers are always given the option to speak to at least 3 companies to service their needs. Since we did complete the work it is apparent that even though some small glass jobs (dual pane replacements) do indeed have minimums regarding the pricing, we are always fair and try to give as many discounts as possible.

They were great. On time, quick turn, cleaned up after the job.... I would use them again.
