He was quick to respond and didn't play games (like charging to come out to give me a quote on a simple microwave replacement). His price was reasonable. He was on time -- even helped me get the microwave inside, and the install looks beautiful. Clearly, has done enough of these to do them quickly and efficiently. I would hire him again.
