Project: New Windows - Multiple
All windows in my house (except basement) were replaced. There was an extensive amount of caulk used and the windows were much smaller in size than the space that was available. I believe it was b/c they were installed via the exterior versus taking off molding, measuring, and installing from the inside as recommended by the manufacturer (Pella in this case) in their pamphlet at the local Lowe's store. The price was the lowest around. Unfortunately, I think my experience falls into the "you get what you pay for" category. Several neighbors were shown the work and all agreed this was a poor job, including a contractor.

Customer was very happy after the job was installed. Customer had us install 10 windows initially and then called us back several months later to install more windows. Finally, this job was installed over 3 years. Please take a look at all of our other reviews which properly reflect our great work and customer satisfaction. Thank You.

I was truly impressed by Navco's work they did installing 8 double hung windows and a Pella screen door. The 3 men were here ON TIME and left the place spotless in 5 hours. They worked fast and quietly; I hardly knew they were here. GREAT JOB NAVCO. I'd highly recommend you .
