Great experience. Technicians were very punctual and cognizant of time. Focused on logical diagnostic skills instead of inflating price with unnecessary parts and labor. When replacement part was defective (technician remained on site to ensure all was working well - and when it wasn't), took all the right steps to have replacement part overnighted, understand when deliveries arrive at location, wait for part to arrive at location and immediately come out the next morning. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Awesome service! Prompt, honest and thorough! Went way above and beyond for me. Cleaned out my vent, and even went up on my roof to get any excess lint from up there. Did an excellent job, and didn't even charge me for all the extra work he had to do to clean out that dryer vent..(which he didn't have to do for me). I feel very blessed and thankful to have been able to find such a fantastic company to do my dryer repair. I would most definitely utilize Navarro's in the future, and I HIGHLY recommend this company and Marc Navarro to anyone and everyone!!! You will not be disappointed if you do.

Part cost was $133.00+ tax and our labor was $60. We have no control over the price of the part. Im sorry you feel the value wasn't worth the money.
