Is the company perfect? No, but I'm glad we used them. We obtained quotes from 6 different companies and found this company to be the lowest bidder. That's not the only reason we used them, however. We were charmed by owner Roy Marks' personality and knowledge. When we met his sidekick, Nick Libby, we knew we had made the right decision. Nick not only designed our yard (at no additional cost), he also took us to a nursery to look over the plants we desired, patiently answered many questions, and guided us through the process. Our yard is now beautiful. Amazing! Downside: calls aren't quickly returned but they're worth waiting for.

Roy Mark and his team were terrific. My project consisted of several small jobs: mending a stone wall, replacing and repairing a drainage system, upgrading and repairing an irrigation system and planting several areas around the house. It took them a day and a half during which time they made recommendations that cut my costs. The final plantings look fantastic and will clearly grow in to complement the space. I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them. Thanks to Servicemagic for the recommendation.

NatureWorks was a pleasure to work with. Roy Mark did the estimating and the company presentation. He had the companies insurance, worker's comp and reference information available for my viewing. NatureWorks has their own employees. When Jeff and his crew arrived for work, they were like family. Some had worked together 20 years. Jeff took the time to go over the job to fully understand what we wanted. He involved us in any changes that would change the look of the project. The crew was well organized and cleaned up at the end of the day. The job site was spotless when the project was finished. Our garden wall is beautiful!

Not happy with result. Poor workmanship. Contractor's subsequent comments concerning our project are patently false. Potential clients considering this contractor may also wish to visit the BBB site where they will find an unsatisfactory BBB rating.

We stated to the customer at the start of the project that concrete may crack when it drys. He was unhappy with a couple minor cracks that we told him may appear after. Even though we warned him he was unhappy And chose to write a bad review. I guess some people will never be happy no matter how hard you try. But the rest of our reviews speak for themselves. But we also did a fire pit, Travertine patio, numerous stucco retianing walls, remodeled his outdoor kitchen,planting, irrigation and other items that all turned out great! I also took a few customers by to look at the job after completion. They all thought it looked outstanding!
