Aubrey provided great customer service on the phone, However, the quality of hte work was not of the caliber one would expect givent he cost. upstairs floors were not steamed after vacuuming. Glass table top left streaky and hall table not dusted whatsoever. Shower floor not cleaned until I asked if they had done so. Thjey were here over 3 hours yet the quality of work was quite unprofessional. Would not recommend

It was so nice to come home from the office and find my apartment so sparkling clean. The bathroom was spic and span and the appliances were shining. Naturalcare did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.

IMPRESSED WITH THE RESPONSE OVERALL ALTHOUGH WE ARE ALL VERY BUSY THIS COMPANY TOOK THE TIME TOCALL ON A SATURDAY TO FOLLOW UP MONDAY MORNNG I HIRED THEM ON THE SPOT AND WILL ESTABLISH AN ONGOING CONTRACT FOR MONTHLY MAINTAINANCE. APRIL WAS SUPERB.********************************

The Naturalcare team was thorough and very accomodating. When they first arrived we had a house full of kids and they very patiently worked around us until we were able to get everyone off to other activities. I wasn't sure they budgeted enough time for how much there was to do, but there were only a few little things I saw where I thought more could be done. I felt the steam cleaning equipment they use was very thorough. From a pricing perspective, I thought the one time cleaning was very reasonable. Unfortunately, the weekly - monthly cleaning is a little out of what we can afford, but I would definitely call for a one time again.

When I called Diana she was very professional and pleasant to work with. The two women that came to clean were very friendly and professional as well. They did a fabulous job and I couldn't have been more pleased. I have already recommened this service to several of my friends.
