John Williams is very professional and punctual. I originally requested a spring cleanup but I was so pleased with the work that I decided to become a customer. I would recommend Natural Landscape! They even moved the children's toys out of the way during our spring cleanup and first mow.

Thus far my experience has been positive even though they have only been here twice. What made me chooose NL is the fact that last year when I was lookling for a snow removal co. John Williams took the time to came back on his own and told me he had discovered that the drive way gate was too small for his vehicle to enter. He did not leave me hanging as he might have. He told me he has a new vehicle that should fit next Winter. This indicates to me his integrity which is very important to me. The price for the lawn work etc was slightly lower,another factor.

They have completed the job and has done a relatively good clean-up except I would have liked to see them remove all of the fallen limbs
