excellent work, however showed up 2 hours late. I had to call him to find out if he was coming or not. over all I would highly recommend him to anyone! ...and have!

Alex and his crew were hired to remove a tree from the backyard, showed up promptly and 1 hour later were gone with all the tree branches and the stump ground down and my yard cleaned up wonderfully. Fantastic service!! Thanks for the reference to Natural Green Tree Care

The crew was very friendly and did a fine job of removing the 2 Palm trees that were very close to the buildings without any damage to the structures. I would not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to family and friends.

Didn't come or call at the appointed time. I had to call Alex to see if he was still planning on doing my job that day. He eventually sent over 3 workers who did any excellent job at trimming my Queen palm. They were fast, friendly & efficient. However, when I asked for clarification of the fee for services they did not have this info. I also asked for a receipt which they were not able to provide. I tried calling Alex to confirm the dollar amount but there was no answer and his mailbox was full. I texted him the next morning to request a receipt but have yet to receive a response.

Project: Remove a Tree Stump
The guy who did the work for Natural Green did a great job. He cut down a tree then ground out four stumps in just a few hours. He also removed a couple of old bushes and then cleaned everything up and cleared it away. Scheduling the work was a problem though. When the worker arrived, he was 4 hours past due and the owner never called to let me know he was coming like he said he would. I left a party early to be home, expecting a 1PM arrival. Alex and Natural Green can do a better job here. I would recommend Natural Green but others should be aware of the communication and scheduling issues.
