My wife and I really liked working with Frank and his crews. The price was very good and the workmanship was excellent and done quickly. My only complaint is that the crew worked a bit too quickly in that things got a tad sloppy. Not the finished product of workmanship. That was fine but clean up left a bit to be desired. Don't get me wrong, I would use these guys any time. Cleanup issues are very correctable. Frank is a professional and a gentleman.

Completed a small but complicated project on time and no price changes. Frank was excellent and handled the 2 or 3 phone calls to explain the project. He is an expert in flooring. Recommend highly!!

This company is fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The only downfall is that the workers do not speak English and so it's difficult to communicate while they are working. The FLOORS are amazing. They did it in budget and EARLY !!! and they could not look better. Truly excellent work. The reason they didn't get 5 stars is that they weren't very careful moving things around and actually broke one piece of furniture (though I doubt they were aware of it - it wasn't particularly obvious). They also didn't put tarps down over anything so it was dusty for weeks! I will hire them again, though. I'll just cover everthing up!

Frank was very helpful in choosing the flooring for me. He was so helpful in helping me decide on laminate or tile in the bathroom. His crew did a superb job with the laminate and the tile. They installed the toilet and it looks beautiful. The price was better than other estimates and he was fast. I held up the job because i was waiting on a new toilet. I would highly recommend Frank and would use him again.

From my first quote with Frank I had a great feeling about working with him, and frankly my expectations were exceeded. He was very thoughtful and helpful while giving me a quote and providing me with advice about what direction I should take my flooring. Once construction started, it was clear that his crew was also extremely capable and thorough. I had most of my home done in laminate (including an absurd amount of stairs), as well as a bit of tile work, and everything came out just beautifully and was done very comfortably within the time I was quoted. I simply could not be happier with the experience I had with Natural Flooring!

Natural Flooring is excellent in quality of product and work ethic. The crew is hard-working, reliable, and dedicated to achieve perfection. The work was completed in the time requested and the cleanup was terrific. We love our flooring and new stairs. We would recommend this company to anyone!
