But in the middle of the night the leak got bad with the rain i called richard the owner of nationwide at 2 am in the morning and he actually answered. He and two of his guys were at my house in less than a half hour and worked on securing the roof tarp untill 4 am. They came back and did the repair and did excelent work i would highly recomend them. they were on time very good clean up and very professional and will be hiring them to do the rest of my roof next week. From that moment things looked sketchy. They fooled around with the ladder, then a worker went up and they said they would have to remove the roofing to fix it. I said no, and they said they would caulk around it, and would guarantee it for 2 years. Surprise, 2 days later it is still leaking. I call and he says he will be over. I have called 4 times, and 4 times he says he will be over! The caulking job cost $200.00. I really don't believe I will ever see him again.  See All Ratings
