Charles was professional (on time for our initial meeting, got estimate to me when he said he would, returned phone calls promptly), the price was fair and the installation well done. I look forward to working with Charles again to get new window coverings.

I will give Charles 4 stars because of his professional and sincere business practices. While our hardwood flooring was very good the carpet portion of the job was average at best. While it is hard to control your subcontractors more on-site time could be an advantage.and ensure that the subs are performing at a desired level. After addressing and correcting an issue with the baseboards the contractor repeated the same mistake and tried to hide it. I understand that Charles would have been willing to have his contractor come back out to "fix" the problem later, but. Luckily my painter was able to fix the problem. I would use Nationwide again

Charles Jones was a perfect match for our project. He was especially helpful in helping us choose window treatments for our condo and was very patient with scheduling our flooring installation, the timeline having to move back a couple times. His flooring and window installers were timely, efficient and experienced. We love the results. Following the completion of the job a mirror fell causing damage to some of the laminate. This was independent of our contract with Charles, yet he had his installer out within the week to replace the damaged planks. We were impressed and his prices are competitive.
