My job was a temporary solution to make way for a larger job. The finished job was much more than what was quoted because the engineer completed the job like a pro would. I appreciate the effort but not the final price tag because it is temporary. Always ask for a written quote!!!

The worker was 1:40 minutes late, but that was ok. The guy worked hard, and I helped out more than any homeowner would. The 2 hour estimate became 4 hours. After the worker chatted with his boss while writing up the bill, I was notified that I would not be charged the traveling fee they normally impose, because he is being nice!!! Supposedly they charge from the time they leave their office until they get back. They are an hour away so that would have been 2 hours ($280!) If they had been upfront about that kind of billing nonsense I would never have chosen them. Which is probably why it was never mentioned.

Knowlegeable about wells AND plumbing! We had mulitple problems and Ben stayed late and worked until completion of the first problem. Then, he promptly returned the next day to complete the rest of the job in an extremely professional manner. Job well done!!! I finally feel like we are going to have fresh, clean and clear water with super water pressure thru out the house.

I highly recommend National Water Servicing Corp ! We had a nitrate problem that needed to be resolved in 3 days before settlement (home to be sold). My email request was immediately returned with a phone call by Mr. Rycke. I explained the urgency of the situation since closing was 3 days away. Mr. Rycke assured me that he will have someone to do the job the next day but since it was an urgent request and most of his men were occupied with other appointments, Mr. Rycke performed the job himself, which I was sincerely grateful for. Mr. Rycke and his company were effective, courteous and performed the job in a timely fashion to meet my closing date. He is very clean, and he delivers exactly what was promised. I want to thank Mr. Ryke and National Water Servicing Corp for their assistance and professionalism and wish them luck in their future endevours. Moni Fryauff Gaithersburg, MD.
