The guy worked hard, and I helped out more than any homeowner would.  The 2 hour estimate became 4 hours.  After the worker chatted with his boss while writing up the bill, I was notified that I would not be charged the traveling fee they normally impose, because he is being nice!!!  Supposedly they charge from the time they leave their office until they get back. They are an hour away so that would have been 2 hours ($280!) If they had been upfront about that kind of billing nonsense I would never have chosen them.  Which is probably why it was never mentioned.  See All Ratings
