Construction & remodeling is excellent. Dave makes sure everything is up to building codes, and is very professional in all transactions.

Project: Hire a Handyman
NTD&C was very good. They got a lot of work done in a reasonable amount of time. When I expanded projects, it ended up costing me more, but I opted for additional items. The one problem I had was with the work they subcontracted to acid stain and seal the Spanish tile floor. And their plumber got in an auto accident and couldn't finish a couple of little things that needed to be cleaned up and I had to take care of it separately. But for the construction and renovation work, they were very good.

Project: Build a Custom Arbor, Pergola or Trellis
David and his crew did an excellent job building our pergola. He made suggestions that improved the design and completed the project ahead of schedule. David is a real professional and delightful to work with!

Project: Install Carpentry Framing
Dave and his worker were prompt and efficient. The job was frame out the entry to a dinning room and install french doors. The job was completed when promised and on budget. The price was very fair and the quality of work was great. They made very little mess and cleaned up before they left. We plan on using National Technical Design for future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

They did an excellent job. They showed up on time and did the work exactly as we wanted it. They made good suggestions and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were friendly and clean.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
The whole experience was great. David came when he said he would, and was very knowledgeable about decking, and I learned some things from him. He built it close to the original time frame after I changed plans, so he was very flexible. He built it just the way I wanted it, with composite materials, and was the lowest estimate of all! I would recommend NTD&C for anyone needing someone proficient, and flexible.

Project: Modify a Space to Accommodate a Disability
Dave was about as profesional as I could expect, and suprisingly honest to the point of volunteered full disclosure on how he ran his operation and what to expect, by showing us his responsibilities to the customer via contract and a sample contract showing how he would invoice us. He possesed creative ideas about how to best accomplish the job and his knowledge of construction, even automation and electronics was a big plus. I absolutley would recommend NTD and C to anyone.

They called us in a timely manner and came out to replace our door quickly. There was a problem with the door and they returned right away to fix the issue. We had no problems with this job.
