At first, I was impressed. They called me right away and showed up to inspect the job the next day. The quoted price range given over the phone was grossly low compared to the quote given to me at time of inspection (which totally knocked me over, but I needed the water removed as soon as possible, so what choice did I really have?). The workers were VERY nice. The main problem that I had with this company was that once the basement was dry, they told my wife that they could only treat the floor with the microbial but not the walls because they are concrete but the floor is CONCRETE too!! That blew it for me!

This is aWONDERFUL company!! The workers are so friendly, respectful, personable, and caring. They came for four days straight to continue to monitor the progress of the basement. I have a baby and were so sweet with him and felt comfortable with them in my house alone with a baby.

They were very fast and gave us LOTS of great and timely information. However, they took longer to drop off equipment. One of the fans did not work and it took almost 2 days to replace it. Then they left the equipment for over a week.

Can't say enough so far. They contacted me immediately. The Rep, Dan Carbone, has been very, very excellent. Great customer service and communication skills. Makes you feel a lot less worried when something is happening to your home. The repair people have also been excellent making sure they keep you informed. So far, so good.
