Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof

It did take some time to complete but they came through and did a great job on repairing and replacing our roof. They followed up with a couple issues with the gutter and Raul resolved any isues we had.
Comment from National Home Improvements
This job was for a roofing repair caused by tree damage. The roof was completed several months ago. However, the piece of gutter was not done @ the same time due to a back log of gutter jobs caused by the hurricane & snow storm that ensued. Clean up was hindered due to down tree branches & tree trunks from the storm.(all roofing materials were disposed of) Its difficult to get a nail magnent through all the tree debris. However, based on company policy no final payment was asked for until the job was completed 100%. In closing, National does over 300 homes per year. It is not normal to have anything but a positive experience with us.

Was told that shingles had 20 years guarantee and that I should receive the guarantee in the mail about three months after the job was completed. The job was completed in November and it is now almost June and I still haven't received my guarantee papers. However, the work and value was excellent.
