Randy, the plumber, was nice, courteous, and knowledgeable about the problem I was having. He explained what I could do in the future to resolve the problem before having to call a plumber.

Once a quote was received and terms were agreed upon work was started the next day. Completely re-plumbed my house and took out the old gas lines.
