	Rating: Project: Landscape - Minor Grading or Resloping Started off bad after receiving deposit did not want to return until check was clear, even though I had offered to get him a certified check.  Was very rude over the phone when expressing… Read Complete Rating Started off bad after receiving deposit did not want to return until check was clear, even though I had offered to get him a certified check.  Was very rude over the phone when expressing that check needed to clear even had his wife call which I thought was strange.  Started to feel uncomfortable but dealt with it because he had started the job and it needed to be done.  A three day job took two weeks and it was not due to weather.  At the end he apologied for his rudeness. Rating: Project: Sump Pump or Interior Foundation Drains - Install Ed did a good job adding new pipes to an outside drain.  No water came inside after the big rain storm this week.  The only negative is that he left the area he worked a mess.
