The overall end product came out nice. There was difficulty with the floor taking the coating but they followed through with a nice finish.

Overall, I was satisfied with the work...sanding, staining and polyurethane coating of floors and painting of my studio. Excellent customer service...prompt response for touch ups following job completion.

Overall the job went well and the floors look great. The price was reasonable, especially compared to some of the estimates I received from other service providers. The crew was good for the most part - ask for Edwar as project manager - extremely customer service-oriented. The only downside with the crew was lateness to the job each day - slightly frustrating but not a deal-breaker. I had a number of punchlist items at the end of the job, but those were resolved without stress. The owner, Richard Kessner, is a smart man and listens carefully to everything you say - his estimate didn't miss a thing. Would recommend.

They did a great job on my floors, which were in terrible shape. I had some questions about the floors and Rich (the owner) was always available to speak to me. Workers were prompt and courteous.

Richard and his team were very professional and completed the job as contracted. His team worked independently in the space and were mindful to mask off the area for dust and other debris. They were very thorough and removed all access materials from the space when completed. I would highly recommend them again for future work.
