Gary was super and wonderful to deal with. Very friendly. Bid sheet was nothing but Professional and awesome. One of the best bis's I have got in a few years and fast. The bank even loved and made a nice comment about it. Very Professional.

Was very pleases with the valuable information the houses inspection gave us. Would'nt buy a house with NW looking at it first. Was given information about the house when the inspection was on going and when complete was walked though and shown any problem there was with the house. Then a follow up a very complete written inspection . Can'nt say enoug good about NW . I give then a 10.oo rating.

The inspector was exactly what I needed and incredibly helpful. He took care of my home inspection within a week of my calling him and the inspection did not take too much time. He provided an excellent service and did not charge me very much.

Project: Inspect, Analyze or Certify the Condition of a Roof
The inspector called right away and visited the next day. He seemed knowledgeable about roofs. We received the report a few days later. However, there are some written communication errors (missing words) on the report that change the meaning. He has agreed on the error and indicated he will revise and resend the report. A week later we don't have the revision and it would take about 2 seconds to make the change.

I did make a mistake in the report. But once Cheryl Y. Notified me about the missing word I corrected it right away. For some reason she didn't receive the revised report and didn't notify me letting me know that she didn't receive it until a week latter. I apologized to her and sent it again with another follow up call. She has yet to call me back.
