The man that came out to fix the heater was very nice and showed me what to look at next time. We plan on using them next summer for our A/C.

Project: Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System
Came during peak of the heat wave (I called in the evening and they came next day) I was getting 2 to 5 day lead times from other vendors. Evaluated my system and determined that the coils only needed to be cleaned. Easily could have told me that the system needed to be recharged or any other story. I also read several reviews online prior. All of these reviews are consistant with the experience that I had. I would definitely recommend N.S. Johnson, Inc to my neighbors and friends.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
The contractor was professional and promptly found the problem and fixed it at no charge after four other contractors wanted to charge $3-4K to replace the entire system, which was fine and only had a loose wire. Thank you.
