Great work. Needs to have better communication, from customer services to installer on pricing of what the customer ask for. Also needs to be more prompt on time when visiting a customer for installation. Overall you all did a fine and great job. I will recommend your services to others. Installers were very knowledgeable and carryout the job in a timely measure.

The guys came to install a fill valve. They were personable and professional and did the job quickly. They actually were able to come earlier than expected. We noticed a problem later and they came back the next day within an hour of my call and fixed it in no time. I would definitely use this company again.

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain

They were very quick to respond and get in touch with me, and fix the prob (I called at 7pm and they came the next morning). The guys were quick and nice, but didn't have shoe covers to walk inside. I was quoted a price ($459 to snake a sewer line). It seemed high, so I said I would call around a bit. She said no problem, but they would be happy to match a lower price if I found one. The next plumber I called through SM quoted me a price of $385. I called NPS back b/c they had more reviews on SM. The woman said she'd be happy to match that price. This makes me think I could have gone even lower. Pricing should be straight forward.

We will beat anyones price, even thought we took your word for it, However we are a flat rate pricing company and all our fees and overhead expenses are including in our pricing. However there are regular going rates for these type of services. We would prefer written estimates when we lower our prices however we will honor verbal quotes to earn your business. Please give us a call on your next plumbing need and you will be given a 10% discount on new service.
