They came and fixed the toilets; but during the repair, one handle was broken, so I had to wait a couple of days for them to return with the new handle. Everything seems to be working fine.  I'm still waiting for an estimate on a small heating addition for my master bath.

Example: Fixed a small problem with my existing furnance while I was still in the bidding process because he had his necessary supplies in his plumbing truck.
