Project: Install Electrical Switches, Outlets, and Fixtures - For Business
Over Thanksgiving, a portion of my office lost power. I run a very busy contact center and it was imperative to get my team up and running. I placed a request through Service Magic and within a few hours, NOVA was on sight with a team to isolate the issue and fix it. Not only were they extremely professional but they didn't just fix the problem, they took the time to improve the setup we already had in place. I would highly recommend Chris and his team and we will be using them in other projects in my office including an entire redesign of my center.

Project: Repair a Generator
This company went beyond the call of duty. I had issues with whole generator installed by Michael & Sons. They worked long and hard to get be the warranty work I needed even though they could not get the parts themselves. They followed up by getting another company autorizred todo the work, and even came out to meet this other company and insure all the was done correctly. They said they not even charge because they did not do the work themselves. I psidthem anyway and gave them a $100 tip. Great company and top notch professional attitude. Can't say enough good about them!

They were amazing! They worked with me the adhere to budget constants explained things in layman's terms, came when they said they would, stayed true to their estimated cost, were neat did not leave a mess (they worked several days and cleaned up each night), and even followed up with me after the work was completed to make sure everything was working as it should.
