Work was performed in a timely manner but some of the work was sloppy and unacceptable.  Specifically, part of the job included the painting of the exterior chimney siding.  Paint drops were scatterered across shingles on the roof and decorative pressed concrete sidewalk below the paint area.  Also, approximately only half of the chimney had been painted and there were noticeable skips throughout the paint job with several large areas remaining unpainted.  In several follow-up phone calls (iniated by the custormer), the owner promised to complete the job but, over a month later, there has been no action and there seems to be no sense of urgency to complete the job or satisfy the customer.
