The service-man arrived and clarified our problem.  After a quick 10-minute basic check determined that everything was in good working order and that we really did not need him.  He recommended a cleaning inside with our vacuum and hose attachment.  Even better he did not charge us for the service call/trip.  We were amazed and very grateful!  In our opinion, you should use no one else other than N & K Appliance Repair!
