Mike was on time and professional. He explained what he was doing, what he found and recommended remedies. The price was great and he even came out on a Sunday for us. A home run for us.

Mike Frizzziola was very thorough and professional. He answered all of our pre-inspection questions, and called us right after the inspection to alert us of high risk problems. I would recommend him to anyone.

I try to keep my pricing low I know what it costs the buyer with all the fees with moving and ,inspections,lawyers etc it can add up,about pictures I don't produce fluff in a report to make it bigger then what it is ,,I get right to the point also lawyers just look at the pictures and then send them to the sellers lawyer the entire report needs to be read ,that's what you pay your lawyer to do ,, and you should read it yourself ,, sometimes there are important items to be adressed and a picture will not tell you that

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He handled his services in a professional manner and was extremely informative of his knowledge of the inspection. He was patient and dilegent about his services. I would highly recommend his services. His service was also very economical ...I didn't feel cheated or over priced.

He did a wonderful job for me, very patient and answered all questions I had and informed me of things I didn't know. Very responsive to all communication. Very honest guy.
