I had an electrical problem that I did not feel comfortable leaving the house with. NJ, Rich, came out in an hour, was very caring and explained everything he was doing even though it was very simple. Price was very fair and he even offered to go to the store to purchase a special switch plate that we needed.We will use them again for sure in the future.

Not only was Mr. Reid punctual (He called me around noon and was at my front door at 4 p.m the same day-just as he promised) but he found and fixed the problem immediately and also answered our questions and even showed my son how he made the repairs. I was very impressed and am planning on calling him again to do a few other minor electrical jobs in my home. I was very pleased. This is the second time I've used someone from Service Magic and I was extremely pleased with both encounters.

THIS ELECTRICIAN IS OUTSTANDING!!!! I am President of my Home Owners Association and I will be referring him out to everyone! He came on time, he went right to work, he understood what we were trying to accomplish (which was complex) and he completed the job with excellence. It's rare to find good contractors (or maybe it isn't rare) but this guy is good period! If you have any questions about how he performed for me, call me! 240-715-5235. That's how satisfied I am! Richard Reid was extremely courteous, professional and did an outstanding job on this request. I had him in the next week to restore power to a receptacle so that I could replace my lamp post outside the house. I had a number of others look at it and he was the only one who was able to make the repairs. He also discover an outlet in my garage that was actually burning through the wires and fixed it as well. His charges are extremely reasonable. I would and have already highly recommended him to friends.
