Nick was very prompt when arriving at our home, and was very honest. He explained everything to us, and our options. He knew right away what the problem was, even though it was an uncommon problem. He kept us informed, and his rates are much better than industry standards. We now have a trust worthy AC Tech. Thanks Nick. Maria K. kept in touch via e-mail, reminding me to turn off two units before I left the house in the morning so that the men could service the outdoor units without my having to be at home. They left everything in order and so far I am very pleased with their service.
