Homeowner requested me to replace an existing circuit in his home for a 15A breaker which has been tripping. After troubleshooting circuit and finding it to be intact, I replaced the worn breaker and and instructed him to call me if the problem continued. The cost of running an uneccessary circuit and damage to drywall would have been costly. I have not received a call for over 2 months. I do not appreciate my rating after trying to save the consumer this expense that he was not prepared to incurr. Communication is the key to success and apparently this good faith gesture was not appreciated. We do not take advantage of our customers. NEC
